What is bandwidth planning?

Bandwidth planning turns request demand and payload size into a link-capacity decision. It protects latency during peaks while making compression, headroom, transfer windows, and cost assumptions explicit.

Challenge

Inject a regional-failover challenge, then recover by changing compression, capacity, or the bulk-transfer window. The healthy state should return without hiding the formula that changed it.
